Abstract
High prevalence, variable structure and positive dynamics of dental alveolar anomalies growth indicate the need for their further studying. The retrospective analysis of medical records of 1000 children of Krasnodar Krai with dental alveolar anomalies aged from 3 till 18 years who have addressed for the orthodontic help to the children's unit of stomatological policlinic of KubSMU has been carried out. It has been revealed that the majority of patients (51.3%) asked for the orthodontic help in the period of the early mixed occlusion, with 63% being directed by a dentist. After examining a child an orthodontist revealed 1-2 and more types of teeth position, tooth arches and occlusion anomalies, that testified their combined character. The independent visits of parents were prompted by irregular position of the front permanent teeth, especially in girls, tooth arches and occlusion anomalies remaining unnoticed.

Abstract
In 90 patients with acute endogenous uveitis and 17 patients with exacerbation of chronic uveitis, the dynamics of indicators of cellular immunity and the functional state of peripheral blood neutrophils have been investigated. In the acute phase of the disease, the activity of myeloperoxidase and oxygen-dependent metabolism of neutrophils according to the NBT test, and the total number of lymphocytes including their CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ and CD22+ subpopulation decreased in comparison with those of healthy donors (n = 40). The total number of lymphocytes and the number of CD8+ and CD22+ cells almost completely restored to the level of the reference values within 1-3 months from the disease onset/exacerbation. The reduction of the absolute and relative number of CD3+ and CD4+ lymphocytes as well as the functional activity of neutrophils was more persistent.

Abstract
To assess the influence of Dalargin and laser therapy (LT) on a lipidic blood spectrum the examination and treatment of 331 patients with coronary heart disease and metabolic syndrome (an average age is 56.9±5.3) were conducted. The level of cholesterol, HDL and triglycerides was estimated by the enzymatic colorimetric test, the LDL level was determined by the calculating method according to the Friedewald formula. It was established that the standard drug therapy within 10 days had no reliable impact on the patients’ blood atherogenity. The inclusion of Dalargin in the dose of 2 mg a day and laser therapy with the device "Matrix-VLOK" (capacity of the light conductor end was 2.5 mW, a wave length is 0.63 microns) with over vein access into the therapy scheme within 10 days was accompanied by the anti-atherogenic effect proved by the decrease in cholesterol and triglyceride levels and increase in the HDL level whose intensity was maximum in their combined application.

Abstract
The activity of the lipid peroxidation (LPO), the change of the vascular wall stiffness and the intensity of the atherosclerosis progression are related very closely to the pharmacodynamics of lipid-lowering drugs (statins). The aim of the research is to determine the effect of generic drugs Torvakard and Simvakard in the complex therapy on the vascular wall stiffness parameters and the lipid peroxidation level in patients with chronic coronary heart disease with hypercholesterolemia. The study involved two groups of patients with FC II-III stable angina in combination with hypercholesterolemia. The first group involved 52 people, and the second one - 40. During 12 weeks the first group of patients, along with the standard therapy received Torvakard (10 mg/day and 20 mg/day), depending on the initial level of cholesterol. The patients of the second group were taken Simvakard (10 mg day and 20 mg/day). The state of the vascular wall stiffness was determines by the volumetric sphygmography («VaSera-1000, Fukuda») with the calculation of CAVI, ABI, AI index; ejection time (ET), tension (PEP) and the PEP / ET ratio: the level of lipoperoxide degradation products in the blood: AGP and MDA, C-RP. The positive influence of the generic drugs on the parameters of the vascular wall stiffness proved their antiinflammatory and antioxidant effects.

Abstract
The peculiarities of the local immunity of the oral cavity in patients with chronic periodontitis, characterized by the increase in the level of antimicrobial peptides - alpha-defensins (HNP1-3) and cathelicidin (LL-37), imbalance of pro-inflammatory cytokines (TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-8) and anti-inflammatory cytokines (IL-1Rα, IL-4), activation of neutrophil oxygen dependent metabolism were examined. The application of ozone therapy contributed to a more rapid regression of the inflammatory process in periodontal tissues proved by the positive dynamics of subjective status and index assessment of patients’ periodontal tissues. Against the background of ozone therapy the persistent normalization of initially disturbed indicators of local immunity occurs.

Abstract
The article presents the results of researching the arterial wall endothelial function and stiffness parameters in 44 patients with various duration of IgM RF-seropositive rheumatoid arthritis (RA). The research of the endothelial function and arterial stiffness included the pulse wave contour analysis and reactive hyperemia test carried out with the use of “Angioscan-01” device (“Angioscan-Electronics” LLC, Russia). The pulse wave contour analysis in patients with RA determined the presence of “A”- and “B”-type curves; augmentation (Alp), reflection (RI) and stiffness (SI) indices were significantly higher in patients with RA compared to the controls, more prominent changes of the researched parameters were determined in patients with the disease duration exceeding 2 years. When analyzing the parameters of reactive hyperemia test in patients with RA, a significant decrease in the occlusion index and the value of phase shift between channels was determined; such changes advanced along with the increase in the disease duration. Direct correlation relationships were determined between Аpl and SI indices and RA duration; inverse correlation relationships were determined between the occlusion index by amplitude and Apl, SI, RI indices in patients with the RA duration exceeding 2 years.

Abstract
The article presents the results of the surgical treatment of 115 patients with complicated forms of cholelithiasis. The patients had the acquired disorders of bilioduodenal area and large concrements in the common bile duct. Depending on the surgical method the patients were divided into two groups. The control group included 54 patients with traditional surgical interventions. The study group comprised 61 patients, who were operated on biliary obstruction and choledocholithiasis using the percutaneous transhepatic endobiliary technique. The presence of endoscopic "difficult" choledocholithiasis and the inability to eliminate biliary obstruction with the retrograde endoscopic method were common to both groups. The percutaneous transhepatic endobiliary surgery of choledocholithiasis can be applied in patients with endoscopic "difficult" choledocholithiasis and high operational and anesthetic risk.

Abstract
The comparative analysis of administering the cardio-vascular drugs in patients with the associated cardiovascular pathology and the structure of sales in the conditions of the local pharmaceutical market of Kursk has been carried out. The comparability of the prescribed and the most sold preparations was observed in the majority of cases. At the same time, medical prescriptions do not always correspond to the national recommendations on treatment and prevention of cardiovascular diseases. Regardless of the availability of modern and effective drugs in the pharmaceutical market, patients continue to use outdated and ineffective drugs.

Abstract
The article presents the results of the research of Rituximab (monoclonal antibodies to superficial receptors of CD20-lymphocytes) impact on the proinflammatory cytokine level and structural-functional properties of the common carotid artery (CCA) in 48 patients with the varying duration of Jg M-RF-seropositive rheumatoid arthritis (RA). It was determined that patients with the developed RA had significantly higher levels of TNF-α, sTNF-α-r1, IL-1β and IL-17, while the concentration of IL-6 and sIL-6 was significantly increased in the late stage disease. The following signs of pathological CCA remodeling were determined: the increase in intimae-media complex (IMC) thickness, the increase in CCA diameter and rigidity index; these changes were progressing during the course of the disease. The correlational analysis revealed the significant direct correlational relationship between DAS28 index, the proinflammatory cytokine level, IMC thickness and CCA diameter in patients with RA. Apart from the anti-inflammatory activity, the treatment of patients with RA with Rituximab also had a vasoprotective action, which was more efficient if the disease duration did not exceed 2 years.

Abstract
The results of the routine investigation of urgent patients with different CHD variants and toxic cardiomyopathy within onset of hospitalization are presented in the article. Due to neuronal network learning for differential diagnostics of ischemic and non-ischemic induced cardiac diseases characterized by the similar clinical syndromes, the most informative laboratory and instrumental data were revealed. A new additive parameter of the informative meaning of symptoms necessary for differentiation procedure in the neuronal classification program was suggested. It was shown that current alternative diagnostic approach could present new additional possibilities for disease differentiation on the first day of patient’s hospitalization based on the limited number of objective low-cost investigation results.

Abstract
The purpose is to reveal the regularities of the size variability and orientation of the superior articular fossae of the atlas. The investigation has included the methods of osteo- and stereometry for researching the preparations of the first cervical vertebrae (n=102) of adults aged 17-75 years. The sexual dimorphism has been determined by the most parameters in men excluding the corner between an axis of the superior articular fossa of the atlas and median sagittal axis which prevail in women. The age changes have been characterized by the increase (sagittal diameter of the atlas, length and width of the superior articular surface) and the reduction (a cross-length index and the sizes of cross openings, depth of the superior articular fossa, the corner of anterior and posterior fossae of the superior articular fossa, distance between anterior fossae and the middle of the superior articular fossa) of the parameters; fluctuating dissymmetry.

Abstract
The associations between polymorphisms of G590A of the NAT2 gene and С3435T of the ABCB1 gene and the risk of isolated ventricular septal defect in children from Krasnodar region were studied. It failed to find out the clear trend to accumulation of 590GG NAT2 and 3435TT ABCB1 mutant genotypes, supposedly associated with this nosology. In studying the allely frequencies and genotypes of these polymorphisms, it was not revealed the statistically significant differences between groups of the patients with ventricular septal defect and control group, depending on sex. The data analysis of the pair combinations of the tested polymorphisms did not allowed to reveal the statistically significant differences, but the clear trend was observed in accumulation of 590GG/3435ТТ genotypes in the group of children with ventricular septal defect (OR=4.02, 95% CI=0.94-17.5, χ2 =4.08, р=0.04). No associations of the polymorphisms with isolated ventricular septal defect were found.

Abstract
The cytokine status of blood, tears and saliva of healthy people in the regions with the background and the increased level of the geomagnetic field intensity has been investigated. It has been established that the continuous influence of the geomagnetic field considerably exceeding the background values in the intensity, leads to developing various reactions of the cytokine link of immunity in biological substrates of healthy people in the point of orientation and intensity. The unequal nature of reaction to the influence of the studied geophysical factor has been noted both among cytokines of various groups, and among pro-inflammatory cytokines. The reaction of anti-inflammatory cytokines hasn’t corresponded to the changes registered in pro-inflammatory cytokines.

Abstract
The article presents the results of the experimental study of the effect of standard (Uniflex standard), light-weight (Uniflex light) and composite (Ultrapro, PVDF -M) meshes on the muscles of various regions (anterior and lateral) of the abdominal wall. It has been estimated that the early muscular hypertrophy of fibers may develop after the implantation, and the late development of muscle atrophy and fibrosis. The changes were found not only in a repair spot, but also in the lateral regions of the abdominal wall having no meshes. It has been revealed that light-weight and composite meshes influenced less.

Abstract
Congenital cleft lip and/or palate is a common birth defect, which is characterized by severe anatomical and functional disorders. Nonsyndromic congenital malformations are treated as multifactorial diseases, whose development is determined by genetic factors, environmental influences and gene-environment interactions. Xenobiotic detoxification enzyme genes may play an important role in predisposition to the congenital malformations development. The aim of the present study was to investigate whether G590A of the NAT2 gene is associated with congenital cleft lip and palate in Krasnodar region. This SNP was genotyped in 105 children and their 154 parents. We found a significant difference in the frequency of genotype 590AA between cleft lip and/or palate and control females (c2 =4.21 p=0.04). The present study provides an evidence for a possible role of the NAT2 gene in the development of congenital cleft lip and/or palate.

Abstract
On the model of an experimental ischemic postperfusion brain damage the characteristic of the influence of solutions HAES-LX-5%, Voluven and 0.9% NaCl on the activity of NSE and the level S 100 protein was given. Pharmacotherapy of modeling postperfusion syndrome by the infusion solutions of Voluven and HAES-LX-5% inhibited the development of neuronal necrosis that manifested itself by the reliably lower levels of NSE activity both on the 4th and on the 7th day of the experiment comparing with 0.9% NaCl solution. The infusion therapy with 0.9% NaCl, Voluven and mostly HAES-LX-5% solutions of the acute cerebral circulation disorder that occurred against the background of the infarct depended vessels reocclusion contributed to decreasing in neuroglia formation and development of inflammatory reactions in it proved by the reliable decreasing in S 100 protein titers in respect to the control pathology group. The influence of Voluven and HAES-LX-5% solutions on the activity and level of neuromarkers of NSE and S 100 protein in the blood serum of rats in the postperfusion period of the modeling stroke, indicate that cerebroprotective effect of Voluven and HAES-LX-5% is connected with the inhibition of neuronal necrosis.

Abstract
The modeling of 12-days stress of hypokinesia in Vistar male-rats causes the statistically reliable increase in the total cholesterol, triglycerides, nonesterified fatty acids, low-density lipoproteins and very-low-density lipoproteins, as well as the decrease in high-density lipoproteins in plasma in comparison with naïve animals. The use of DSLET and DAGO opioid peptides, as well as melatonin causes the decrease in the concentration of total cholesterol and nonesterified lipid acids, but DSLET and melatonin in the dose of 1 mg/kg - triglycerides furthermore. The Dynorphin A (1-13) injections did not influence these indices. The investigated opioid peptides and melatonin don’t influence the content of low-density and very-low-density lipoproteins in the plasma of rats after chronic stress, but increase the concentration of high-density lipoproteins.

Abstract
The experiments on rats revealed a decrease in physical endurance of animals resulted from long-term hypokinesia (18 days) proved by the statistically significant reduction in the duration of the swimming test and in time of animals’ hold on the rotating bar. The course introduction of sodium 2-(tetrazol[1,5-c]quinazolin-5-ylthio) acetate (1.7 mg/kg intraperitoneally) equally to Bemityl (32 mg/kg intraperitoneally) to rats in the experimental conditions contributed to the increase both in dynamic and static endurance of animals. It proved the presence of actoprotective activity in КВ-28 like in the reference drug. The ability of КВ-28 to increase physical endurance was increasingly expressed in the phase of anxiety and resistance (3d and 13th days) of general adaptation syndrome and as for Bemityl - into the phase of anxiety.
