Abstract
The article is devoted to the investigation of polymorphism of Helicobacter pylori genes associated with resistance to Clarithromycin (Т2182С, A2142G/С, and A2143G mutation) using the polymerase chain reaction (restriction fragment length polymorphism). The following was investigated: the biopsy material from altered areas of gastric mucosa obtained from outpatients of Kursk city polyclinics and referred to fibroesophagogastroduodenoscopy in order to conduct the differential diagnostics between the gastroesophageal reflux disease and the dyspeptic syndrome. During the research, no cases of А214G/C mutation were detected in the investigated biopsy material. It was found out that Т2182С mutation was detected in 10.3% of cases, while mutation A2143G - in 13.79% of cases. Thus, the incidence of НР mutations related to the resistance to Clarithromycin is 24.13%, which is the rationale for the use of reserved 1st- and 2nd-line eradication schemes to treat НР-associated diseases in city of Kursk.

Abstract
Possible conditions and reasons of more prolonged period of patient‘s hospitalization after urgent endoscopic cholecystectomy performed due to different acute cholecystitis types were presented in the article. It was revealed that different combinatios of premorbid factors, individual differences in acute disease сlinical picture, and intraoperative technical peculiarities correlate with postoperative dysorders resulting in various nonspecific clinical symptoms. It is assumed that longer recovery is determined by hidden protracted disorders of systemic homeostatic regulation against the background of intraoperative stress that had not been diagnosed by routine methods of body monitoring. The investigation results show that neural analysis allows to detect patients with the highest possible level of postoperative disorders and to plan the ways of their minimizing due to modulation of modifying factors relating to endoscopic cholecystectomy.

Abstract
The research conducted by the methods of contact computer biomicroscopy and cross-polarization optical coherent tomography allowed to assess the microcirculation, and inflammatory and fibrosing process in the oral mucosa in patients with chronic inflammatory bowel diseases (Crohn's disease and chronic nonspecific ulcerative colitis), to determine the frequency of certain morphological features and to reveal the differences between the individuals examined. The increase in the arteriolar and venular diameters of capillaries, deformation, haziness, and blurriness of microvascular picture of the oral mucosa in patients with chronic inflammatory bowel diseases showed the angiopathy development, being higher in patients with Crohn's disease as compared to individuals suffering from chronic nonspecific ulcerative colitis. Microstructural changes of the oral cavity mucosa in patients with Crohn's disease in comparison with the control groups and individuals with chronic ulcerative colitis are characterized by an excessive accumulation of collagen in the connective tissue stroma.

Abstract
The comparative assessment of the intramural nervous apparatus of small intestine in forming the enteroanastomosis "side - to - side" and "end -to-end" was carried out by the experiment on dogs using the general morphological and neurohistochemical techniques. The various degree of neurones bodies changes, and also myelinic and amyelinic nervous fibers, some of which had been injured (and even cut off) during surgical interventions, while others had developed as a reaction to ischemia in an anastomosis zone, was established. The greatest morphological differences between two compared anastomosis were defined 7-10 days after the experiment had started. They concerned both a condition of neurocytes of intramural ganglions, and the processes of the damaged terminal ends regeneration. The smaller degree of edema and evidence of destructive changes allow concluding that the anastomosis "side - to - side" provides more reliable anastomosis that proves the advantages of its formation.

Abstract
It is known that the proteolysis disorder and changes in metabolism of extracellular matrix proteins cause the process of remodeling heart muscle, which is one of the risk factors for coronary heart disease (CHD). Matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) are responsible for the process of proteolysis. Single nucleotide substitutions in genes encoding MMPs may influence the functional activity of enzymes. The aim of this study was to investigate the association of polymorphisms -1612 5A/6A (rs3025058) of MMP3 gene and 2003G>A (rs17577) of MMP9 gene with the risk of CHD in population of Central Russia. We studied DNA samples obtained from 946 subjects, including 256 CHD patients and 248 sex- and age-matched healthy individuals. The polymorphisms were genotyped through a real-time PCR using TaqMan allele-discrimination assays. The comparative analysis showed no difference in allele and genotype frequencies of MMP3 and MMP9 polymorphisms between the case and control groups. The study showed that polymorphism -1612 5A/6A of MMP3 gene and polymorphism 2003G>A of MMP9 gene are not associated with coronary heart disease in population of Central Russia.

Abstract
The most common complication of the gastrointestinal organs being operated on in the postoperative period is the failure of intestinal suture (11% of the total number of complications). In order to solve this urgent problem, new polymeric materials to reinforce a suture line are being developed. The aim of the research was to study the physical and mechanical properties and characteristics of newly designed polymeric membranes used to strengthen and seal colorectal sutures. The results of investigating the microrelief, the degree of adhesion, degradation rates, and other properties of new polymer film membranes allow predetermining the effectiveness of applying the implants studied in abdominal surgery.

Abstract
Using the proper type of endoprosthesis which is combined with medicines reducing inflammation in the implantation area could decrease relapses as well as improve quality of treatment. We used endoprosthesis «Parietene ProGrip» when working with laboratory animals. The animals of the experimental group were given the solution of Solcoseryl every other day within 90 days, at first intraoperatively, then intraperitoneally. The animals from the control group didn't get the drug. The combination of «Parietene ProGrip» endoprosthesis together with Solcoseryl created special conditions for reducing inflammation area, increasing pool of fibroblasts. A capsule made from compact fibrous connective tissue formed a solid carcass whose main function was mechanical: keeping together filaments of endoprosthesis. It will set a lasting link with surrounded tissues and improve management results at the end.

Abstract
The problem of managing patients with deep necrosis of the skin and soft tissue remains relevant. Selecting necrectomy volume, timing of its implementation, the boundaries of performing surgical incisions are still not fully resolved. Necrosectomy against the background of the DSLET combination (10 mg / kg) and serotonin adipate (4.5 mg / kg) resulted in a decrease in the severity and prevalence of alternative changes in simulating deep necrosis of the skin and soft tissues. On the 3d day the granulation tissue was formed in wound edges. By the end of the experiment the whole damage area was formed by connective tissue with the newly produced dense collagen fibers indicating the maturation of connective tissue in the generating scar. The suggested method results in a maximum decrease in mortality to 16.6% and also reduces the lethality of animals by 10.9% as compared to the experimental group without necrectomy.

Abstract
The article presents the results of morphological and histological research of mucosal status of the tracheobronchial tree of healthy adult people. The methodology has been detailed and includes histological, histochemical research methods (six-stepped histological processing, hematoxylin-eosin stain) and the data-processing results. The study results revealed that the mucous membrane consists of the multi-row ciliated columnar epithelium and lamina propria. The next layer is submucosa, which has uneven thickness along trachea and bronchi. Тhere is the systemic asymmetry of bronchial mucosa with right-side domination. The results indicate that the main right bronchus has more intensive functional load, because its level of systemic organization allows the most rapid functional changes in case of negative impacts.

Abstract
An experimental study of the dynamics of zinc accumulation within 168 hours in blood plasma, packed red blood cells, and liver of Wistar rats was conducted. The study included small-sized compounds that had been prepared by the modified condensation method: Zn(OH)2 (2-3 nm), ZnO (0.9 - 1 μm), and as a comparative compound - ZnSO4. The substances were administered to rats intragastrically at dosage 100 mg/kg in terms of zinc. The study revealed the best dynamics (1.5-2 times as compared with ZnSO4 and ZnO) of zinc hydroxide accumulation in packed red blood cells. The ability of zinc hydroxide nanoparticles to more rapid penetration into blood plasma was revealed. Zinc levels in liver tissue of the group having received Zn(OH)2 was significantly lower (p <0.05) as compared to the groups which had been administered ZnO and ZnSO4. We concluded that nano Zn(OH)2 is of great potential efficacy as a perspective compound in biopharmaceutical applications.

Abstract
The anthropometric data are used as indicators of physical development of military-age men, while the data on a blood group are not fully applied. Whereas this system can be informative and practically significant in people having normal health indicators. The article examines the relationship between anthropometric characteristics and blood groups. On the basis of descriptive statistics the received data show the variability of anthropometric signs and blood group of iso-serologic ABO and Rh systems in Russian military-age men of the Republic of Karelia, these can serve as a standard constitution. The data on blood group can be used as universal and easily observed indicators of human physical development. It is expedient to use this information together with other phenotypic markers as an additional diagnostic criterion.

Abstract
The research is aimed at detecting and exposing the mechanisms of functioning child’s health protective factors, by which we mean several psychosocial factors, specific on each stage of a child’s, mother’s and the whole family’s course of life in the context of social environment. This article presents the results of studying a correlation between the maternity readiness style, the quality of mother-infant interaction during first 6 months and psychosomatic health of a child. It has been established that the experience of early emotional deficiencies of an infant, accumulated during fetal stage and first 6 months after birth, creates risk factors to psychosomatic health. It has been found out that understanding of the corporal experience of pregnancy is closely connected with acceptance of motherhood, which is reflected in semantic and temporal features of subjective image in a person’s course of life.

Abstract
This article discusses the prospects of using the theoretical construct of person’s vital metacompetence in mental health research. In this work the concept of person’s vital metacompetence is considered as an active and purposeful implementation of person’s vital metacompetence in social and psychological space of an individual. System units of vital metacompetence involve vital competence as the ability to cope effectively with problematic situations related to health hazards in social and psychological space of an individual. Systemic properties of vital metacompetence act as criteria for the level of its formation which, in turn, determines the stability of treatment results and, therefore the overall pattern of the individual life realization.
