Abstract
The article is devoted to the modern approaches to the use of transcranial magnetic therapy in the treatment of patients with arterial hypertension. Studies have shown that transcranial magnetic therapy has a significant hypotensive effect. The mechanisms of the antihypertensive action of pulsed magnetic field in transcranial application were analyzed from the point of pathogenetic position. The pulsed magnetic field in transcranial application along with the central sympatholytic and sedative effect has an active influence on the modulating effect of local mechanisms and enhances microhemodynamics sanogenetic reactions. The pleiotropic effect of TMT causes the reduction of adrenergic vascular hyperreactivity, decrease in total peripheral vascular resistance against the background of improvement in left ventricular diastolic function and deceleration of heart rate. The complex of these effects is implemented as a hypotensive action, assessed in terms of basic physiological parameters of central hemodynamics.

Abstract
On the basis of dynamic observation over 95 people aged from 19 up to 29 years having developed alveolitis with pain syndrome after complicated extraction of lower wisdom tooth we used a high-selective non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug - Etoricoxibum. The patients were divided into 4 groups depending on a dosage of Etoricoxibum taken: the 1st group - 30 mg, the patients of the 2nd group - 60 mg, the patients of the 3d group - 90 mg once a day; the patients of the 4th group took Etoricoxibum in a dosage 120 mg. A course is limited to 5 days with a single dose of the drug. It has been established that in case of slight, mild, and moderate pain a single dose of the drug in a dosage 30 mg and 60 mg a day, respectively allows to reduce the intensity of pain within an hour and to completely stop it on the 3rd day after the treatment has started. In case of the expressed pain syndrome, a single dose of Etoricoxibum in a dosage of 90 mg or 120 mg a day is recommended to provide the deacrease in pain syndrome, within the first hours of the therapy up to 42 - 61% and its full relief on the 2-3 days after the initiation of treatment.

Abstract
A comparative evaluation of the effectiveness of endoscopic and X-ray-radiological methods of colon imaging for detection of colorectal neoplasia was conducted. We studied the prevalence of epithelial tumors among patients with diverticulosis of the colon and asymptomatic patients under screening. The obtained data are evidence of high frequency of associated diverticulosis and tubular adenomas of the colon with moderate and severe dysplasia. A significant number of false - negative and false-positive results of X-ray-radiological methods were revealed. For reasons given, the authors recommend the routine colonoscopy in all patients with diverticulosis of the colon, as well as the inclusion of these patients in a high-risk group for the colorectal cancer.

Abstract
The aim of this work is to establish complexes of injuries with their interpretation which arise in sexual abuse and in which the latter is not the case. To achieve this, the apparatus of probability theory was applied. The experimental group (n = 245) included those observations, where victims received injuries in the process of sexual violence, and the control (n = 275) - the consequences of aggressive actions without sexual offence. It is necessary to emphasize the interpretation of the double combinations: in the presence of injuries to the compared parts of the body, in detecting injuries to the only one of them, and in cases where the injuries in the comparable body areas are not diagnosed.

Abstract
The paper estimated the role of the attenuation correction (AC) for single-photon emission computed tomography combined with computed tomography (SPECT/CT) in the assessment of myocardial perfusion in patients with chest pain and unaffected coronary artery. The study included 31 patients, each of whom had a selective coronary angiography and rest/stress SPECT/CT of the myocardium made with 99mTc -MIBI with- and without CA. Stress-induced myocardial ischemia of varying incidence and severity was detected in all patients according to scintigramm without and with AC on SPECT. However, the perfusion parameters showed the prevalence and severity of stress-induced perfusion deficit which were significantly lower after the correction. The average values of quantitative parameters of perfusion scintigramm on rest were also lower with CA, although not significantly different when compared without CA. Quantitative parameters of myocardial perfusion to assess the functional state of the myocardium by SPECT/CT with attenuation correction are of great diagnostic value.

Abstract
The study included 81 women with low back pain (LBP), 48 of them with joint hypermobility syndrome (JHS). In patients with low back pain JHS occurs earlier and is more common. Clinical manifestations (severity of vertebral, muscular-tonic and reflex pain syndrome) in this group are scarcer, but the pain has an equally big impact on the patients’ lives in both groups. Patients with JHS have significantly less incidence and severity of symptoms of tension, due to the structural features of the ligamentous apparatus and muscular corset that forms the basis for diagnostic mistakes. The verified methods (neurophysiological, neyroimidzha methods) are considerably important for patients with JHS.

Abstract
We conducted the open-label randomized trial (n=60) to estimate antiarrhythmic effect of Omacor and its influence on the parameters of heart rate variability. The patients were divided into two groups, the basic group patients (n=30) were added Omacor in a dose of 1 g/day to the complex therapy, the control group patients were given the standard drug therapy. In the basic group a decrease in the total number of supraventricular extra systoles was noted as compared to the control one, as well as an increase in the level of parasympathetic and neurohumoral regulation of the heart activity that might have a beneficial effect on the subsequent treatment.

Abstract
The purpose of the study was to estimate the efficiency of oral bacterial lysate OM-85 as a means of preventing COPD exacerbations and related hospitalizations in patients varying in initial frequency of exacerbations of the disease. The retrospective cohort study included 94 in-patients whose previous hospitalization for COPD exacerbations were carried out in the same health facility. 18 follow-ups had received one or more courses of treatment with OM-85 since the previous hospitalization. The efficacy of OM-85 was evaluated in two clusters of patients comparable in volume with different history of previous COPD exacerbations: <2 times a year and ≥ 2 times a year. It was established that OM-85 prolongs the stable course of COPD, and defers the need for next hospitalization for COPD exacerbations almost equally in both clusters of patients.

Abstract
The immuno-metabolic and clinical efficacy of combined application of histochrome and Poludanum was studied in the complex therapy of patients with bacterial keratoconjunctivitis residing in the area of Kursk magnetic anomaly with a high level of natural geomagnetic field. According to the indicators of aggregate impact on immuno-metabolic status and clinical manifestations of the disease the combination of standard therapy with intramuscular introduction of histochrome and instillation of Poludanum was considered more effective. The use of the complex therapy with histochrome and Poludanum caused 33.3% of the investigated immuno-metabolic blood parameters, 29.6% of mixed saliva indicators and 29.4% of lacrimal fluid indicators with no significant differences from the healthy values in the region (during the standard therapy, the percentage of normalized indicators in blood, saliva and lacrimal fluid made up 22.2%, 29.6% and 29.6%, respectively). After applying the complex therapy the expressed reduction in the level of discomfort made 5.5 points, in itching 2.55 points, in discharge- 3.9 points, in conjunctiva oedema - 3.55 points (after the standard treatment those indicators made up 4.3, 2.2, 2.95 and 2.85 GPA, respectively).

Abstract
The effectiveness of Myelopid, Actovegin and Solcoseryl in the treatment of critical limb ischemia was experimentally studied on 130 white male rats Wistar. Experimental animals were divided into 5 groups: intact, control, and three experimental ones. The intact group consisted of 10 rats with the normal level of microcirculation. Other groups included 30 animals to be modeled the critical ischemia of a right hind limb. The control group had no treatment. The first group of experimental animals received Myelopid, the second one - Actovegin, and the third one - Solcoseryl. It was established that Myelopid significantly better activated the processes of microcirculation in the ischemic limb as compared to antihypoxants. The improvement of microcirculation increased the density of capillary network and reduced the specific area of necrotic muscle tissue. In the later stages of the experiment Actovegin surpassed Solcoseryl in the positive effect on the regenerative process in the ischemic tissue.

Abstract
The research was conducted on 80 mandibles of adults aged from 25 to 35 years. All studied skulls were divided into 2 groups: I - with third molar teeth; II - with their bilateral retention. For studying the features of mandible biomechanics in retention of the third molar teeth this bone was considered as a lever of the second sort. It has been established that in retention the reliable decrease in the force of incisors occlusion averages 38H provided the determination of this indicator with the use of the classic formulas of mechanics considering only the lever arms’ length. When using our formula considering not only the lever arms’length, but also the mandibular angle parameters, it has been revealed that despite the change in the length of a force arm in bilateral retention the force of incisors occlusion doesn't actually change. For reasons given it has been proved that the mandible angle augmentation in people having the lower third molar retention in comparison with jaws with completely erupted wisdom teeth is of compensatory character. Due to its augmentation in case of complicated wisdom teeth eruption the mandible biomechanics doesn't significantly change.

Abstract
The study introduces the data on the morphometric parameters of testes and epididymis of mature rats after inhalation exposure to toluene. The experimental study was conducted on 60 white male rats of mature age having been exposed to toluene inhalation in a concentration of 500 mg/m3 for 60 days, 5 days a week, 5 hours a day. The control group involved intact rats. The data obtained during the investigation suggest that in effect of inhalation exposure to this chemical agent, there is a decrease in the absolute weight of the testes and epididymis, as well as a decrease in their linear dimensions. Further research is aimed at the study of the microscopic and ultramicroscopic levels of reproductive structure and search for drugs enabling to correct the changes detected.

Abstract
The influence of treatment methods in widespread perignathic phlegmons on indicators of endogenic intoxication is analzyed in the article. The preclinical trial is conducted on laboratory animals for the purpose of comparative assessing some methods of treatment. Biochemical indicators of blood and sorption ability of erythrocytes were defined, and also the research of middlemolecular peptides on 1, 5 and 8 days was conducted during the research. The results of the conducted researches showed that in animals the widespread phlegmons were accompanied by developing the expressed endogenic intoxication. It was established that the complex therapy including local irrigation of postsurgical wounds with sodium hypochlorite solution when combined with ultra-violet radiation of blood influences the course of a wound process and contributes to normalization of endogenic intoxication indicators.

Abstract
The aim of our study is to reveal the individual peculiarities of pain experience in humans with different temperament types which serve as an integrative biopsychosocial determinant of an individuality. 287 pain-free volunteers were investigated with the special test based on measuring three generalized bipolar temperament factors: emotionality, social and object activities. 178 participants were chosen who had the factors outcome measures near to the poles (accentuation). All these participants carried out the cold pressor test after which the pain experience and related reactions according to self -report scales and the preferable colour among 8 colours set were assessed. It was found that in the participants with the accentuated temperament traits the intensity of pain, sensory perception, emotional experience, and catastrophic thinking were higher than in absence of accentuations. The trend to the greater expression of pain outcome measures was found in persons with the accentuated asthenic temperament traits (emotional instability, social and object passivity) especially in females. Our findings show that the determination of temperament traits allows to predict the level of pain experience and pain - related reactions and gives the opportunity to individualize pain management and prophylaxis beforehand.

Abstract
The levels of bimanual coordination in men and women related to different types of cognitive style of field dependence-field independence were studied by the method of support measurement. The comparison of average values of the coordination indices and their variability shows possible mechanisms of sex differences, connected to approaches to solving perceptual problems. The revealed peculiarities of correlation comparisons of characteristics of motion activity allowed to reveal the connections between a level of perception and a type of orientation with the features of bimanual movements’ realization. The men’s connections are differentiated according to time of task performance, those of women - due to implementation defect of a track and its complexity that confirms the differences in the methods of controlling the relevant activity. At the same time, women have different levels of workability in groups with polar types of cognitive style what is determined by the peculiarities of perception and consolidation of effector manifestations when a task becomes more complicated.
