Abstract
On being hospitalized patients with the verified diagnosis of gallbladder disease are detected intra -erythrocyte intensification of lipid peroxidation, reduction of α-and β-spectrin, ankyrin, anion transport protein, pallidin, and glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase contents in erythrocyte membrane. After laparoscopic cholecystectomy under multicomponent general anesthesia with Halothanum in comparison with the presurgical period the further augmentation of lipid peroxidation products, depression of both antioxidatic protection factors and level of stable metabolites of nitric oxide, increase in protein content of a strip 4.1, actin, and tropomyosine, reduction of dematin, protein of a strip 4.5, and glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase, more expressed reduction of α-and β-spectrine content, ankyrin, and anion transport protein are revealed in erythrocytes. Introduction of Propofolum into the multicomponent general anesthesia influences the indicators of the oxidative status and the protein content of erythrocyte membrane to a lesser extent in comparison with Halothanum. Application of Sevofluranum has the minimum impact on erythrocyte and metabolic indicators.

Abstract
The influence of Dalargin on carbohydrate metabolism in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and metabolic syndrome (MS) was investigated. In total 123 patients (men - 61, women - 62, mean age 56.7 ± 5.1 years) with stable coronary heart disease against a background of MS were examined. 63 of them (group 1) received only the standard medical therapy for coronary heart disease, and 60 patients (group 2) in addition to the standard therapy received Dalargin 2 mg per day endonasally each 10 days within 3 months. We assessed the levels of insulin, C-peptide, glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) in blood and insulin resistance index HOMA-IR after 10 days and 3 months after the treatment. It was found out that the inclusion of Dalargin was accompanied with the decreased insulin level being initially elevated - by 21.7% (p <0.001), C-peptide - by 8.9% (p = 0.017) and the index HOMA-IR - 38.2% (p <0.001). This effect was traced back to the end of the 3-month follow-up. During this period in the standard therapy group no correction of carbohydrate metabolism disorders was noticed. Intranasal intermittent application of Dalargin in addition to the standard therapy helps reduce the excess insulin production and decrease insulin resistance in patients with coronary heart disease and metabolic syndrome.

Abstract
The experiment involved 22 rabbits to study the possibilities of the combined use of Heptral and Clarithromycin with temporary porto-caval shunting and the influence of their antioxidative and antiischemic activities on the intensity of 30-minute ischemic injury of liver tissue after hepatoduodenum ligament clamping. The animals were divided into 2 groups. The results showed that the animals with no pharmacological protection suffered from the development of cytolytic, cholestatic, and hepatodepressive syndromes. The group with ischemia correction by Heptral and Clarithromycin revealed low changes in biochemical indicators which were normilized by the fourteenth day of the experiment. The experiment results prove the efficiency in using the antioxidant antiischemic complex to reduce the level of liver injury caused by oxygen starvation, to prevent the development of ischemic changes in the organ, and to provide protective and medical effects.

Abstract
This article provides the information on the intravenous administration of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) to patients with heart failure against coronary heart disease. Autologous MSCs were injected intravenously in a dose of 50 million cells. We revealed an increase in ejection fraction up to 38.6 ± 2.3% and 38.2 ± 2.4% by the end of the 12th and the 24th weeks respectively as compared with the initial state (35 ± 2.5%). By the end of the 12-week observation we revealed a statistically significant decrease in BNP levels up to 311 ± 26 pg/ml as compared with the initial 407 ± 35 pg/mL on the one hand, and as compared with the control group indices on the other. By the end of the 24-week observation this trend continued. Lactate level by the end of 12-week observation had been decreased by 4.37 ± 0.28 mmol / L compared to the baseline (5.08 ± 0 26 mmol/l). The cell therapy in combination with the standard medical therapy has a positive effect on the course of heart failure.

Abstract
In patients with the verified diagnosis of acute serous (ASP) or acute purulent pyelonephritis (APP) the standard laboratory blood and urine tests had revealed the inflammatory changes which were normalized after the complex treatment. On studying the parameters of immune and oxidative status the patients with ASP compared with APP showed either the unidirectional but statistically different in magnitude changes in these indicators, or different both in magnitude and direction. The results can be used for differentiated diagnosis of acute pyelonephritis of various forms, pathogenetic substantiation for long rehabilitation period of patients, as well as the rationale for using immunomodulatory and antioxidant drugs both in serous and purulent forms of acute pyelonephritis.

Abstract
Questions of etiology and pathogenesis, classification and treatment of diabetic foot syndrome (DFS) as a diabetic complication were considered in the review. The role of micro- and macroangiopathy, diabetic peripheral neuropathy, foot deformities, and damaged tissue infections as the main factors for development of DFS were characterized. A special attention was paid to the characteristic of causative agents of purulent-necrotic complications of diabetic foot with dominant staphylococci, enterobacteria and pseudomonas with the complex of pathogenicity and persistence factors, including the ability to form biofilms, as well as the pronounced resistance to different antibiotics. We analysed the modern approaches to the treatment of DFS, including normalizing carbohydrate metabolism, improving blood circulation to tissues, treatment of neuropathy, relieving a limb, fight against infectious complications, and local treatment of wound defects.

Abstract
For studying the changes of maxillary sinuses after partial and full teeth loss the complex research was conducted with the use of frontal cuts of 60 skulls at the second molar level. It was established that the form and degree of pneumatization of maxillary sinuses directly depend on persistence degree of upper dentition. Thus, after teeth loss the increase in occurrence of maxillary sinuses with the tetrahedral form and reduction of sinuses with uncertain form are observed, and the number of the hyperpneumatitized sinuses increases from 61.2% in the group with undamaged upper dentition to 87.8% in the group with the total absence of upper teeth. In addition there is a close anatomic interrelation between the degree of pneumatization of maxillary sinus and the structure of an alveolar process of the upper jaw which is also exposed to essential changes after teeth loss. The obtained results can be important for maxillofacial surgery and stomatology, first of all, when planning and carrying out dental upper jaw implantation.

Abstract
The influence of toluene inhalation on histomorphometric parameters of renal nephrons in rats of senile age period was researched. After 60 days of impact to toluene vapor, the square of glomerulus was lower than the control data by 5.29%, and capsular lumen - higher by 22.84%. Diameters of proximal convoluted tubules and their lumen were higher than the control data by 7.26% and 18.84%, and the height of epithelium was lower by 5.97%, diameters of distal convoluted tubules and their lumen were higher than the control data by 8.25% and 13.89%, and the height of epithelium was not significantly changed. During the period of readaptation after toluene inhalation the recovery of structural-functional state of intracortical nephrons was very slow in senile rats. The usage of thiotriazoline as a possible corrector against the background of toluene inhalation was more effective than the usage of echinacea purpurea.

Abstract
Flavonoids have a broad spectrum of pharmacological activity. The perspective and available domestic raw material source of flavonoids may be Berteroa incana (L.) DC. of Brassicaceae family. The ability to use a new type of raw material in scientific medicine makes it necessary to develop a method of quantitative determination of Berteroa incana flavonoids by spectrophotometry. The validation of the developed technique was carried out according to the parameters of repeatability, reproducibility, linearity, and accuracy. Statistical calculations proved the validation parameters to be within the boundaries of acceptance criteria. Norms of contents of flavonoids were proposed.

Abstract
The flutamide persistence in decomposing organic matter (liver tissue) at three temperature regimes of conservation: 18-22оС, 8-10оС, and 1.5-2оС was investigated. The substance under test was isolated from the model mixtures with biological matter by infusing with acetone for 30 minutes twice. The purification of the extracted substance was carried out in a silica gel column L 40/100 mkm, eluting hexane-acetone with a mixed solvent (8:2). The optimum conditions for the identification and quantification of flutamide extracted from putrid liver tissue by TLC, GC-MS and spectrophotometry in the UV and visible regions of the spectrum. It is found that the increase in temperature from 2°C to 22°C reduces the duration og flutamide persistence from 32 to 52 days.

Abstract
39 male students were examined using the method of tetrapolar chest rheography and encephalography. It has been found out that the hearts of young men with hyperkinetic type of blood circulation work less efficiently in physical exercise and the range of compensatory abilities of this type is limited. On the contrary, the hypokinetic type of blood circulation is the most efficient and the cardiovascular system in this type of blood circulation posesses a wide range of the function mobilization. Mental load of young men with hyper- and hypotonic type of cerebral microciculation leads to normal resistance of cerebral peripheric arterial vessels.

Abstract
The article presents a model of integrative post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) psychotherapy in policemen, who have been experiencing counterterrorism combat operations, as a new theory, methodology, and practice of psychology. The developed model of psychotherapy includes four levels of realization: dynamic, existential, narrative, and cognitive that determines its effectiveness in reducing the symptoms of PTSD. As a result of evaluating the effectiveness of the integrative model of psychotherapy for PTSD according to the performance criteria the reduction of PTSD manifestations in police officers with the experience in counterterrorism combat operations was empirically proven. Some qualitative changes in PTSD-related manifistations were revealed: the increase in the general level of life meaningfulness, the general level of self-regulation, the level of resilience and a positive trend in constructing the event space of their own future.
