In the absence of such, use the following wording: "The authors declare the absence of obvious and potential conflicts of interest related to the publication of this article."
This subsection is presented in two languages: Russian and English.
Authors contribution
If the author's list contains more than 4 authors, it is necessary to indicate the contribution of each author to this work, for example: development of the concept and design; analysis and interpretation of data; substantiating the manuscript or reviewing critical intellectual content; final approval for publication of the manuscript, etc.
This subsection is presented in two languages: Russian and English.

When conducting research projects with human participation, subjects must give informed consent to participate in the research. To publish the results of the original work, it is necessary to indicate whether the study participants signed an informed consent.
This subsection is presented in two languages: Russian and English.
Acknowledgments
All team members who do not meet the criteria for authorship must be listed with their consent under the subheading "Acknowledgments."
Copyright agreement
The editors are provided with a scanned copy of the Author's Agreement in PDF format in the form presented on the journal's website (see https://www.kursk-vestnik.ru/jour/manager/files/Publishing_agreement_RUS.rtf).
If the authors represent different institutions and / or obtaining the signatures of all authors at the same time involves significant difficulties, it is permissible to send the Copyright Agreement in parts. In this case, these parts must be identical to each other, include all clauses of this Copyright Agreement and may differ only in the last clause - the composition of the signatures of the co-authors. In other words, each of the authors must be familiar with all the clauses of this Copyright Agreement, of which the editors must be sure by receiving from all co-authors a completed and signed (either separately or collectively) agreement.
Peer review
Submitted materials must go through the procedure of external reviewing, which is confidential. If they disagree with the opinion of the reviewer, the authors have the right to state a reasoned response to the review.
If, in the process of preparing for publication, editors have questions, semantic or technical defects are found in the article, it can be returned to the author for correction. The editors also reserve the right to correct and shorten the accepted materials, if necessary. In addition, if required, the author undertakes to provide primary data. If an article is returned for revision, its preliminary review does not mean that the article has been accepted for publication. After receiving the new text, together with the original copy and the answer to all the comments of the reviewer, the work is again considered by the editorial board. After making corrections, the author sends to the editors the full version of the article, including figures, tables, diagrams, etc., and not just the parts in which the changes were made. The date of receipt of the article is the day of receipt of the final text by the editors.
The possibility of any inconsistencies with the rules for authors should be agreed with the editorial board.
If there is no reaction to editorial comments from the authors for more than 6 months, the article is automatically considered withdrawn from consideration. Articles that do not comply with the above rules may be rejected by the editors without giving reasons.
The editors ensure the safety of the submitted personal data.
The approximate period from the moment of submission of the article to its publication can be up to 8 months. The journal gives priority to postgraduate and doctoral works, the period of their publication depends on the expected date of defense, which the authors must indicate in the primary documents attached to the manuscript.
The frequency of publication of the journal is 4 times a year.
