Материалы и методы. Опытная группа двухкомпонентный образец № 1 на основе Na-КМЦ сравнивалась с образцами: № 3 Surgicel, № 2 Tachocomb. Для определения остаточной деформации образцы сжимали с последующей фиксацией восстановления толщины. Для определения сорбционной способности образец взвешивали, помещали в дистиллированную воду, перемещали в подготовленную пробирку, центрифугировали, измеряли массу губки. Пористость определялась в той же последовательности, но погружались импланты в ортоксилол. Для определения адгезии образцы помещались между двумя пластинами и фиксировалась сила разобщения импланта с поверхностью пластины. Результаты. Коэффициент пористости образца № 1 больше, чем № 2, № 3 на 0,61 и 0,87. Адгезивные свойства образца №1 на 0,28 больше, чем №2 и на 0,45 больше, чем №3. Сорбционная способность единицы массы образца № 1 в 2,5 раза больше, чем № 2, и в 2,47 раза больше, чем № 3. Значения остаточной деформации образцов № 1 и № 2 были меньше, чем № 3, на 1,18 и 2,87. Значения образца № 1 были выше, чем № 2, на 1,69. Заключение. В ходе исследования установлено, что образец № 1 имеет более высокие показатели коэффициента пористости, адгезии, сорбционной способности в сравнении с аналогами. При сравнении остаточной деформации образец № 1 уступил образцу № 3.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Objective: to study the physical and mechanical properties of two-component spongy hemostatic implants. Materials and methods. Experimental group of two-component sample №1 based on Na-CMC was compared with samples: №3 Surgicel, №2 Tachocomb. To determine the residual strain, the specimens were compressed followed by fixation of the thickness recovery. To determine sorption capacity, the sample was weighed, placed in distilled water, transferred to a prepared test tube, centrifuged, and the sponge mass was measured. Porosity was determined in the same sequence, but the implants were immersed in orthoxylene. To determine adhesion, specimens were placed between two plates and the force of separation of the implant from the surface of the plate was recorded. Results. The porosity coefficient of specimen №1 was greater than №2 and №3 by 0.61 and 0.87. Adhesive properties of sample №1 are 0.28 greater than №2 and 0.45 greater than №3. The sorption capacity per unit mass of sample №1 is 2.5 times greater than №2 and 2.47 times greater than №3. The residual strain values of sample №1 and №2 were 1.18 and 2.87 less than №3.
