Материалы и методы.Под наблюдением находилось 70 пациентов с подошвенным фасциитом (пяточной шпорой). В зависмости от клинической картины больные были распределены на 3 группы: основная (n=20) - пациенты, которым выполняли супериндуктивную магнитотерапию и ударно-волновую терапию; сравнения (n=40) - пациенты, которым выполняли ударно-волновую терапию; контрольная (n=10) - пациенты, которым выполняли местную инъекцию гормона с анестетиком. Результаты. Выявлено, что комплексное лечение подошвенного фасциита (пяточной шпоры) сфокусированной ударно-волновой терапией и супериндуктивной магнитотерапией позволяет получить у 90% больных удовлетворительные результаты спустя 2 недели после окончания лечения и 100% результаты спустя 4 недели после окончания лечения. Это достоверно выше, чем при терапии только УВТ (ударно-волновой терапией) (р&lt;0,05). Купирование болевого синдрома при подошвенном фасциите (пяточной шпоре) напрямую связано с наличием отека в пяточной области. У больных с отеком необходимо включать в лечение курс супериндуктивной магнитотерапии перед выполнением УВТ (ударно-волновой терапии). Заключение. Изучение результатов лечения подошвенного фасциита (пяточной шпоры) только методом ударно-волновой терапии и в сочетании с методом супериндуктивной магнитотерапии позволит оптимизировать стратегию лечения пациентов с подошвенным фасциитом (пяточной шпорой) при различной клинической картине заболевания. To evaluate the clinical efficacy of focused shockwave therapy and superinductive magnetotherapy combination in the treatment of plantar fasciitis (heel spur). Materials and methods. 70 patients with plantar fasciitis (heel spur) were under observation. Depending on the clinical picture, the patients were divided into three groups: the main group (n=20) - patients who underwent superinductive magnetic therapy and shockwave therapy; comparison group (n=40) - patients who underwent shockwave therapy; control group (n=10) - patients who underwent local hormone injection with anesthetic. Results. It was found that the complex treatment of plantar fasciitis (heel spurs) with focused shockwave therapy and superinductive magnetic therapy allows to obtain satisfactory results in 90% of patients at the end of the 2nd week after the treatment and 100% results by the end of the 4th week after the treatment. This is significantly higher than with shockwave therapy (SWT) alone (p&lt;0.05). Pain relief in plantar fasciitis (heel spur) is directly related to the presence of edema in the heel area. Patients with edema should be treated with superinductive magnetic therapy before SWT. Conclusion.
