Проведено обследование 77 детей с разными клиническими формами детского церебрального паралича, в возрастной категории от 1 до 16 лет. Определено содержание моноцитарного хемоаттрактанта (МСР) и фактора роста сосудов (VEGF) при разных формах ДЦП. Полученные данные обрабатывались статистически.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. При анализе полученных данных выявлено значительное увеличение показателей моноцитарного хемоаттрактанта и фактора роста сосудов у детей с детским церебральным параличом по сравнению со здоровыми детьми. Существенных различий между показателями МСР и VEGF у детей с ДЦП и коморбидной патологией и детей с ДЦП без наличия сопутствующей патологии не выявлено.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Авторы представленного анализа делают заключение о высокой диагностической значимости определения моноцитарного хемоаттрактанта и фактора роста сосудов для выявления предрасположенности к развитию ДЦП. Своевременное обнаружение повышения уровня указанных факторов дает более широкие перспективы для ранней диагностики заболевания и, соответственно, для ранней реализации реабилитационных мероприятий.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. The aim of this article is to assess the role of vascular endothelial growth factor and monocytic chemoattractant in the development of cerebral palsy in children.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. Examination of 77 children with different clinical forms of infantile cerebral palsy in the age group from 1 to 16 years was carried out. The content of monocyte chemoattractant (MCP) and vascular growth factor (VEGF) was determined in different forms of cerebral palsy. The obtained data were processed statistically.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The analysis of the obtained data revealed a significant increase in the indicators of monocytic chemoattractant and vascular growth factor in children with infantile cerebral palsy compared with healthy children. There were no significant differences between the indicators of MCP and VEGF in children with cerebral palsy and comorbid pathology and children with cerebral palsy without concomitant pathology.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The authors of the presented analysis conclude that the determination of monocytic chemoattractant and vascular growth factor has a high diagnostic value for identifying a predisposition to the development of cerebral palsy.
