Обнаружены поражения в полях СА1 и СА3 гиппокампа с дистрофическими изменениями нейронов, их гибелью. Одновременно показано развитие поражения микрососудов, в основном капилляров и посткапиллярно-венулярного звена с разрушением структур гематоэнцефалического барьера. В статье обсуждается роль стресса как одного из триггерных факторов в старении структур гиппокампа и его поражении при болезни Альцгеймера. Полученные данные дают основания рассматривать в едином комплексе проблемы связанных или не связанных с возрастом нейродегенеративных поражений, изменений церебральной микроциркуляции, состояния гематоэнцефалического барьера и участия в них стресс-обусловленных механизмов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of the work was the studying of stress changes in the hippocampus microvascular bed in male rats under chronic immobilization and chronic emotionally painful stresses. Lesions were found in the hippocampus CA1 and CA3 fields accompanied by dystrophic changes in neurons and their death. Simultaneously, the development of microvascular involvement (mainly, capillaries and a postcapillary-venular part) with destruction of the blood-brain barrier structures is revealed. The article discusses the role of stress as one of the trigger factors in the aging of the hippocampus structures and its damage in Alzheimer's disease.
