В последние годы вопросы диагностики, лечения и профилактики вирусного гепатита B носят особо актуальный характер в связи с высоким ростом заболеваемости среди контингента лиц молодого и среднего возраста. В данной статье представлен обзор литературы, т.е. обзор проведенных рандомизированных контролируемых исследований по методам диагностики, немедикаментозного и медикаментозного лечения, а также основных профилактических мероприятий хронического гепатита В. Уделено особое внимание современным методам диагностики (биохимические маркеры - АЛТ, АСТ, щелочная фосфатаза, гамма-глутамин трансфераза, альбумин, общий белок крови, протромбиновое время, общие показатели крови) и противовирусного лечения с помощью различных противовирусных препаратов.

In recent years the problems of diagnostics, therapy and prevention of chronic hepatitis B are of great importance due to the high prevalence of morbidity among young and middle-aged persons. The article sets forth the literature review of the randomized controlled trials performed according to diagnostic methods, nonmedicamental and medicamental therapy, and basic methods of preventing chronic hepatitis B. Special attention was given to modern methods of diagnostics (biochemical markers - ALT, AST, alkaline phosphatase, gamma-glutamine transferase, albumin, whole blood protein, prothrombin time, general blood indices) and antiviral therapy.
