Изучены и проанализированы поствитальный материал взрослых людей и архивные данные МСКТА живота для определения вариантной анатомии корней и притоков воротной вены, ее морфометрических характеристик, уровня, формирования, прикладного значения в хирургии. Воротная вена преимущественно формировалась на уровне L2 позвонка. В 72,3% случаев нижняя брыжеечная сливалась с селезеночной веной. Вариант впадения нижней брыжеечной вены в верхнюю брыжеечную вену был обнаружен в 22,3% случаев. Конфлюенс трех вен - в 4,7% случаев. Также встретился 1 случай формирования воротной вены за счет верхней брыжеечной, нижней брыжеечной, селезеночной и левой ободочной вен (0,7%). Полученные результаты могут использоваться для выявления и интерпретации топографо-анатомических вариаций на дооперационном этапе и имеют важное прикладное значение в хирургии верхнего этажа полости брюшины.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Changes in the level and variant of portal vein formation can cause difficulties during diagnostic and surgical procedures. The cadaveric material of adults and archival data of the multidetector row spiral CT of the abdomen were studied and analyzed to determine the variant anatomy of the roots and inflows of the portal vein, its morphometric characteristics, level, formation and its application value in surgery. The portal vein was predominantly formed at the level of the L2 vertebra. In 72.3% of cases the inferior mesenteric merged with the splenic vein. The incidence of confluence of inferior mesenteric vein with superior mesenteric vein was found in 22.3% of cases. Confluence of three veins was revealed in 4.7% of cases. Also there was 1 case of forming the portal vein due to the superior mesenteric, inferior mesenteric, splenic and left colic veins (0.7%).
