Исследования проводили на модельных смесях аналита с тканью трупной печени, не имевших признаков гнилостного изменения. Установлено совпадение ИК-спектров рабочего и эталонного образца по характерным полосам поглощения, что доказывает возможность применения рабочего образца для дальнейшего исследования с целью экономической выгоды. Обоснована возможность применения метода ИК-спектроскопии для идентификации цефтриаксона в извлечениях из биологического материала. Применена в практике методика изолирования и очистки цефтриаксона, извлеченного из биологического материала.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The possibility of ceftriaxone determination by IR spectroscopy in biological material is studied, as well as the possibility of proving the authenticity of a functional sample of the antibiotic analyzed in comparison with a standard sample. The studies were carried out on the prototyping mixtures of the analyte with the tissue of the cadaveric liver, which had no signs of a putrefactive change. The IR spectra of the functional and reference samples were found to coincide with characteristic absorption bands that prove the possibility of using a functional sample for further research with a view to economic benefit. The possibility of applying IR spectroscopy for the identification of ceftriaxone in extracts from biological material is substantiated.
