Сердечно-сосудистые заболевания продолжают занимать лидирующие позиции в инвалидизации и смертности населения. Наиболее опасными нозологиями, ассоциированными с летальным исходом, в структуре ишемической болезни сердца остаются ее острые формы, в первую очередь острый коронарный синдром (ОКС), исходом которого являются острый инфаркт миокарда (ОИМ) и нестабильная стенокардия (НС). Доказана триггерная роль гиперсимпатикотонии и нарушения психоэмоционального состояния в патогенезе указанных нозологий. В этой связи изучение психоэмоционального и функционального состояния пациентов, поступающих в отделение неотложной кардиологии с диагнозом ОКС, на фоне госпитальной и постгоспитальной реабилитации является важным и актуальным. В статье приведены результаты сравнительной оценки психоэмоционального и функционального состояния больных ОИС и НС.
Cardiovascular diseases continue to occupy a leading position in the disability and mortality of the population. The most dangerous diseases associated with the fatal outcome in the structure of coronary heart disease remain its acute forms, primarily acute coronary syndrome (ACS), the outcome of which are acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and unstable angina (UA). Trigger role of hypersympathicotonia and the disturbance of the psycho-emotional state in the pathogenesis of these diseases have been proved. In this regard, the study of the psycho-emotional and functional state of patients entering the emergency cardiology department with a diagnosis of ACS, on the background of hospital and post-hospital rehabilitation is important and relevant. The article presents the results of a comparative assessment of the psycho-emotional and functional state of patients with AMI and UA.
