Внутрибрюшинное введение АКТГ4-7-PGP (семакса) крысам в условиях острого эмоционально-болевого стресса вызывало снижение выраженности признаков акцидентальной инволюции вилочковой железы, нормализацию структуры паренхимы, уменьшения площади и степени выраженности признаков гидропической дистрофии, увеличение количества многоядрышковых гепатоцитов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The acute foot-shock stress in rats develops a stress reaction, which is confirmed by accidental involution of the thymus and a set of stress-induced changes in the liver parenchyma in the form of the sinusoidal capillary dilation, discomplexation of hepatic beams and the signs of hydropic dystrophy.
