В качестве изолирующего агента для извлечения 2-ацетилоксибензойной кислоты из биологического материала предложен ацетон. Показана возможность очистки анализируемого соединения от эндогенных веществ биоматериала адсорбционной хроматографией в колонке силикагеля L 40/100 мкм с использованием подвижной фазы гексан-диэтиловый эфир (5:5). Для идентификации и количественного определения 2-ацетилоксибензойной кислоты в извлечениях из биоматериала предложены хроматография в тонком слое силикагеля, УФ- и ИК-спектрофотометрия, а также метод ГЖХ в сочетании с масс-селективным детектированием. Разработана методика химико-токсикологического исследования 2-ацетилоксибензойной кислоты в плазме крови, позволяющая определять 88,19-89,23 ± 2,29-3,56% данного соединения при его содержании 2,5-50,0 мг в 25 г биожидкости.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The features of the 2-acetylhydroxybenzoic acid identification in blood plasma have been studied. An acetone has been suggested as an isolating agent for extraction of 2-acetylhydroxybenzoic acid from biological material. The possibility of purifying the analyte from endogenous substances by the adsorptive chromatography in a silica gel "L 40/100 microns" column using a mobile phase of hexane and diethyl ether (5:5) has been shown. To identify and quantify 2-acetylhydroxybenzoic acid in extractions from biomaterials we have suggested the methods of thin-layer chromatography of silica gel, ultraviolet and infrared spectrophotometry and GLC combined with mass selective detection. The technique of chemical and toxicological studies of 2-acetylhydroxybenzoic acid in blood plasma, which allows to identify 88.19-89.23 ± 2.29-3.56% of the compound with its proportion of 2.5-50.0 mg in 25g biofluid, has been developed.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>2-ацетилоксибензойная кислота</kwd><kwd>изолирование</kwd><kwd>очистка</kwd><kwd>идентификация и определение</kwd><kwd>2-acetylhydroxybenzoic acid</kwd><kwd>isolation</kwd><kwd>purification</kwd><kwd>identification and determination</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Машковский М.Д.
