Кроме того, экспериментальные и клинические данные указывают на возможность применения МСК для коррекции разнообразных иммунных нарушений и хронических воспалительных заболеваний. В настоящее время проводятся многочисленные клинические исследования по клеточной терапии пост-трансплантационных и других иммунологических проблем с использованием этих клеток.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Transplantation of mesenchymal stem cells (MSC), apparently possessing in vitro and in vivo immunosuppressive activity, is a safe and in some cases effective method of the prevention and/or therapy of immunological and other complications associated with organ and allogeneic bone marrow transplantation. Besides, experimental and clinical evidence suggests the possibility of the use of MSC to alleviate the symptoms of diverse immune defects and chronic inflammatory diseases.
