Нами проведено открытое рандомизированное исследование (n=60), в котором оценивалось антиаритмогенное действие омакора и его влияние на параметры вариабельности сердечного ритма. Пациенты были разделены на две группы, в основной (n=30) к комплексной терапии добавлялся препарат «Омакор» в дозе 1 г/сут, в контрольной - лекарственная терапия оставалась стандартной. В основной группе отмечено снижение общего числа наджелудочковых экстрасистол по сравнению с контролем, а также повышение уровня парасимпатической и нейрогуморальной регуляции деятельности сердца, что оказывает благоприятное воздействие на дальнейшее течение заболевания.
We conducted the open-label randomized trial (n=60) to estimate antiarrhythmic effect of Omacor and its influence on the parameters of heart rate variability. The patients were divided into two groups, the basic group patients (n=30) were added Omacor in a dose of 1 g/day to the complex therapy, the control group patients were given the standard drug therapy. In the basic group a decrease in the total number of supraventricular extra systoles was noted as compared to the control one, as well as an increase in the level of parasympathetic and neurohumoral regulation of the heart activity that might have a beneficial effect on the subsequent treatment.
