Объектом исследования являлся сухой экстракт гречихи красностебельной. Подтверждение наличия флавоноидов в сухом экстракте проводили методом тонкослойной хроматографии. Количественное определение суммарного содержания флавоноидов в пересчете на рутин проводили методом дифференциальной спектрофотомерии. Исследование противовоспалительной активности экстракта гречихи красностебельной проводили на модели «острый формалиновый отек» у белых крыс линии Вистар.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. По результатам исследования доказано, что сухой экстракт содержит флавоноиды (рутин, кверцетин, изокверцетин), суммарное содержание составило 8,03%. При местном нанесении экстракта гречихи в виде 10% геля на пораженный участок в течение 3 дней после моделирования формалинового отека задней лапы крысы оказывал выраженное уменьшение воспалительного отека на 70,37% (p&lt;0,05), сопоставимое с эффектом геля 5% диклофенака натрия 74,07% (p&lt;0,05), и превосходит эффект геля димексида более чем на 30% (p&lt;0,05).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Полученные в результате проведенных экспериментов данные свидетельствуют о перспективности дальнейшей разработки лекарственных форм с экстрактом гречихи красностебельной.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Objective - study the anti-inflammatory activity of a 10% mild dosage form for topical application of red-stem buckwheat on a model of formalin edema of the hind paw of rats.</p><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The object of the study was a dry extract of red-stem buckwheat. Confirmation of the presence of flavonoids in the dry extract was carried out by thin-layer chromatography. Quantitative determination of the total content of flavonoids, in terms of rutin, was carried out by differential spectrophotometry. The anti-inflammatory activity of red-stem buckwheat extract was studied using the "acute formalin edema" model in white Wistar rats.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. According to the results of the study, it was proved that the dry extract contains flavonoids (rutin, quercetin, isoquercetin), the total content was 8.03%. When buckwheat extract was applied topically as a 10% gel to the affected area for 3 days after modeling formalin edema of the rat's hind paw, it had a pronounced decrease in inflammatory edema by 70.37% (p&lt;0.05), comparable to the effect of 5% diclofenac sodium gel 74.07% (p&lt;0.05) and surpasses the effect of dimexide gel by more by more than 30% (p&lt;0.05).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
