В исследование были включены 60 пациентов с диагнозом агрессивный пародонтит. Пациенты были рандомизированы в две группы: основная группа (n=30) получала терапию с применением ингибиторов биосинтеза липополисахаридов, тогда как контрольная группа (n=30) получала стандартное лечение, состоящее из профессиональной гигиены и противовоспалительных мероприятий.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Изучение эффективности ингибиторов биосинтеза липополисахаридов при лечении агрессивного пародонтита показало значительные изменения в воспалительных и микробиологических показателях, а также в структуре тканей пародонта.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Ингибиторы биосинтеза липополисахаридов показали выраженный фармакологический эффект в лечении агрессивного пародонтита, включая снижение бактериальной нагрузки, подавление воспаления, улучшение состояния тканей пародонта и регенерацию костной структуры.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Objective - to evaluate the pharmacological potential of inhibitors of lipopolysaccharide biosynthesis in interrupting the pathogenesis of aggressive periodontitis.</p><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The study included 60 patients diagnosed with aggressive periodontitis. The patients were randomized into two groups: the main group (n=30) received therapy with lipopolysaccharide biosynthesis inhibitors, while the control group (n=30) received standard treatment consisting of occupational hygiene and anti-inflammatory measures.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The study of the effectiveness of lipopolysaccharide biosynthesis inhibitors in the treatment of aggressive periodontitis showed significant changes in inflammatory and microbiological parameters, as well as in the structure of periodontal tissues.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
