<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Objective - to analyze and systematize the results of fundamental and clinical studies in recent years devoted to the study of the role of compliance and other psychosocial factors in the development of cerebral vascular catastrophe and other neurological disorders in adults.</p>
<title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. Based on the literature review, it can be concluded that the medical compliance of patients with neurological disorders is at a low level, which varies among different types of disorders. Most often, neurological patients do not follow the medication regimen due to forgetfulness, skipping doses outside the home and difficulties with taking medications. Patients who do not follow the medication regimen have low quality of life indicators, which requires further research and development of strategies to improve compliance, taking into account the specifics of neurological diseases.</p>
</trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>медицинский комплаенс</kwd><kwd>соблюдение режима приема лекарств</kwd><kwd>врач</kwd><kwd>пациент</kwd><kwd>психосоциальные факторы</kwd><kwd>неврологические заболевания</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>medical compliance</kwd><kwd>compliance with the medication regimen</kwd><kwd>doctor</kwd><kwd>patient</kwd><kwd>psychosocial factors</kwd><kwd>neurological diseases</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Пеплоу Филип В., Мартинес Бриджит, Дамбинова С.А.
