Объект исследования - метопролол ((±)-1-[4-(2-метоксиэтил)фенокси]-3- (1-метилэтил)амино]-2-пропанола сукцинат). Модельными биологическими матрицами явились ткань печени и плазма крови.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Для изолирования метопролола из биологического материала предложено настаивание в два этапа с трехкратным по массе количеством хлороформа при получасовой продолжительности каждого контакта биоматрицы и экстрагента. Определена возможность очистки анализируемого соединения, изолированного из биологических объектов, методами экстракции и ТСХ. Показана достаточная эффективность предложенной схемы очистки.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Разработана методика идентификации и количественного определения метопролола в извлечениях из трупного материала с использованием методов ТСХ и УФ-спектрофотометрии.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Metoprolol belongs to beta-adrenoblockers, which are one of the most important classes of cardiovascular drugs, and is considered the basis of therapy in heart diseases such as heart failure and atrial fibrillation.</p><p>Оbjective - to develop a method for the determination of metoprolol in biological material.</p><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The object of the study is metoprolol ((±)-1- [4- (2-Methoxyethyl)phenoxy]-3- (1-methoxyethyl)amino]-2-propanol succinate). The model biological matrices were liver tissue and blood plasma.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. To isolate metoprolol from biological material the insistence in two stages with three times by weight amount of chloroform at half an hour duration of each contact of biomatrix and extractant was proposed. The possibility of purification of the analyzed compound isolated from biological objects by extraction and TLC methods was determined. Sufficient efficiency of the proposed purification scheme was shown.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
