В исследование включены 74 пациента с термическими ожогами кожи I-III степени с площадью поражения кожных покровов более 25%, из них не менее 15% глубокого ожога. Определение уровня креатинина в сыворотке крови проводили кинетическим методом Яффе. Исследование концентрации цистатина С проводили методом мультиплексного анализа на проточном цитофлуориметре.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Установлено, что концентрация цистатина С в сыворотке крови в период ожогового шока увеличивается в 1,9 раза, при ожоговой токсемии и септикотоксемии - в 1,5 раза по отношению к группе контроля. В моче данный показатель в период ожогового шока увеличивается в 17,4 раза, при ожоговой токсемии - 17,1 раза и септикотоксемии - в 15,8 раза по отношению к группе контроля.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Цистатин С в сыворотке крови и в моче можно рассматривать как ранний биомаркер острого повреждения почек у больных с термическими ожогами кожи.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Objective - to evaluate the dynamics of changes in the level of the biomarker of acute kidney injury - cystatin C in blood serum and urine in patients with thermal skin burns.</p><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The study included 74 patients with thermal skin burns of I-III degree with a skin lesion area of more than 25%, of which at least 15% are deep burns. Serum creatinine levels were determined using the kinetic Jaffe method. The concentration of cystatin C was studied by multiplex analysis on a flow cytofluorimeter.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. It was found that the concentration of cystatin C in the blood serum during burn shock increases by 1.9 times, with burn toxemia and septicotoxemia - by 1.5 times in relation to the control group. In urine, this indicator increases 17.4 times during burn shock, 17.1 times with burn toxemia and 15.8 times with septicotoxemia relative to the control group.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
