Обследовано 150 женщин в постменопаузе, страдающих СНМ. Пациентам был предложен дополнительный опросник для оценки недержания мочи The Overactive Bladder Questionnaire. Исследованы сывороточные концентрации витамина D и миостатина.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Субъективная частота симптомов СНМ у женщин, находящихся в постменопаузальном периоде, нарастает с возрастом и ДПМП (р=0,001 - р=0,045). Сывороточные концентрации витамина D снижаются с возрастом (р=0,004) и по мере увеличения ДПМП (р=0,023), а уровни миостатина с возрастом нарастают (р=0,038). Снижение качества жизни больных с СНМ сопряжено с увеличением возраста и ДПМП (p&lt;0,0001), снижением сывороточных концентраций витамина D (p&lt;0,0001) и повышением уровней миостатина (p=0,0004).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Полученные данные позволяют рассматривать показатели возраста и ДПМП, а также сывороточные концентрации витамина D и миостатина в качестве персонализированных предикторов ухудшения качества жизни женщин с СНМ в постменопаузальном периоде.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Objective - to evaluate vitamin D and myostatin serum levels in postmenopausal women, and their associations with age, postmenopausal duration (PMD), and clinical severity of stress urinary incontinence (SUI).</p><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. 150 postmenopausal women suffering from SUI were examined. Patients were interviewed using The Overactive Bladder Questionnaire. Serum concentrations of vitamin D and myostatin were studied.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The subjective frequency of SUI symptoms in postmenopausal women increases with age and PMD (p=0,001 - p=0,045). Serum vitamin D concentrations decrease with age (p=0,004) and PMD (p=0,023). Serum myostatin levels increase with age (p=0,038). An increase in the age and PMD (p&lt;0,0001), as well as reduced serum vitamin D concentrations (p&lt;0,0001) and elevated myostatin levels (p=0,0004), are associated with a statistically significant decrease in the life quality of female patients with SUI.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
