Материалы и методы. Тетрахлорметановую гепатопатию, сопровождающуюся увеличением иммунной реактивности, моделировали 5-кратным внутрижелудочным введением четыреххлористого углерода. Поражение печени гидразином, ассоциированное с иммуносупрессией, вызывали однократным внутрибрюшинным введением гепатотропного яда. Крысам внутрибрюшинно на протяжении 5 дней вводили тимоген (1 мкг/кг) и его структурные аналоги (1,2 мкг/кг). При тетрахлорметановой гепатопатии пептиды вводили одновременно с гепатотропным ядом, при гидразиновой - через 24 часа после интоксикации. Оценивали фагоцитарную и кислородзависимую активности нейтрофилов. Результаты. Установлено, что при поражении печени тетрахлорметаном тимоген не оказывает корригирующего действия на функциональную активность нейтрофилов. Структурные аналоги снижали активность нейтрофилов в условиях гиперактивации иммунной системы. При гидразиновой гепатопатии все пептиды проявляли иммуностимулирующую активность, при большей ее выраженности у структурных аналогов тимогена. Заключение. Модифицированные D-аланином аналоги тимогена оказывают иммуномодулирующее действие при токсических гепатопатиях с разным уровнем иммунной реактивности.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Objective - to study the effects of thymogen and its structural analogs on the functional activity of blood neutrophils in toxic liver damage with tetrachloromethane and hydrazine hydrochloride. Materials and methods. Carbon tetrachloride hepatopathy accompanied by an increase in immune reactivity was modeled by a 5-fold intragastric administration of carbon tetrachloride. Liver damage with hydrazine associated with immunosuppression was induced by a single intraperitoneal administration of a hepatotropic poison. Rats were administered thymogen (1 μg/kg) and its structural analogues (1.2 μg/kg) intraperitoneally for 5 days. In carbon tetrachloride hepatopathy, peptides were administered simultaneously with the hepatotropic poison, in hydrazine - 24 hours after intoxication. Phagocytic and oxygen-dependent activities of neutrophils were assessed. Results. It was found that in liver damage by carbon tetrachloride, thymogen does not exert a corrective effect on the functional activity of neutrophils. Structural analogues reduced the activity of neutrophils under conditions of hyperactivation of the immune system. In hydrazine hepatopathy, all peptides exhibited immunostimulating activity, with its greater expression in structural analogs of thymogen. Conclusion.
