Эксперимент был выполнен на 108 крысах, которым моделировали гнойную рану. Животные были разделены на три равные группы, которые отличались способом лечения ран одним из видов раневого покрытия. Для оценки эффективности течения раневого процесса определяли планиметрические показатели ран, рН, контаминацию микроорганизмами, гистологическое описание микропрепаратов, проводили морфометрию с расчетом клеточного индекса, а также межгрупповое определение статистически значимых различий, корреляционный и факторный анализ. Результаты. Разработанные раневые покрытия обладали выраженной противомикробной активностью в отношении S. aureus, E. coli и P. aeruginosa. Во всех экспериментальных группах площадь ран к 15 суткам уменьшилась более чем на 98%, а самая высокая скорость заживления в первые трое суток наблюдалась в группе, где применяли раневое покрытие с мирамистином. Бактериальная контаминация ран в первые сутки составляла более 14х107 КОЕ/г, на последующих сроках отмечалось ее снижение, и к 15-м суткам уже не наблюдалась. Клеточный индекс на 3-и сутки был достоверно больше в группе, где лечение проводили раневым покрытием с бензалкония хлоридом. По показателю рН ран преимущество было в группе, где лечение проводили раневым покрытием с мирамистином. Заключение. При комплексной оценке с помощью факторного анализа было выявлено, что максимально благоприятно заживление ран происходило в группе, где лечение проводили раневым покрытием с мирамистином, что позволяет рекомендовать данное раневое покрытие для дальнейшего исследования.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Objective: to experimentally study the characteristics of the course of the wound process during local treatment of purulent wounds with developed wound coverings in the form of films. Materials and methods. Three wound dressings in the form of films containing antiseptics (miramistin, benzalkonium chloride, chlorhexidine bigluconate), an antimicrobial drug, an anesthetic and auxiliary components were developed. The experiment was performed on 108 rats, which were modeled with a purulent wound. The animals were divided into three equal groups, which differed in the method of wound treatment by one of the types of wound dressing. To assess the effectiveness of the wound process, planimetric parameters of wounds, pH, contamination with microorganisms, histological description of micropreparations were determined, morphometry with calculation of the cellular index was carried out. Intergroup determination of statistically significant differences, correlation and factor analysis were carried out. Results. The developed wound dressings had pronounced antimicrobial activity against S. aureus, E. coli and P. aeruginosa. In all experimental groups, the wound area by day 15 decreased by more than 98%, and the highest healing rate in the first three days was observed in the group where the wound dressing with miramistin was used. Bacterial contamination of wounds on the first day was more than 14x107 CFU/g, at subsequent stages it was reduced, and by the 15th day it was no longer observed. The cellular index on the 3rd day was significantly higher in the group where the treatment was carried out with a wound dressing with benzalkonium chloride.
