В Центральной России и в Казахстане одним из довольно распространенных видов данного рода является клевер гибридный (клевер розовый) - Trifolium hybridum L. Данный вид широко используется в традиционной медицине разных стран мира как противовоспалительное, антисептическое, ранозаживляющее, седативное, обезболивающее, отхаркивающее, мочегонное средство. Экспериментально установлена антибактериальная и антиоксидантная активность экстракта. Клевер гибридный не входит в Государственную Фармакопею России и Казахстана; не утверждена фармакопейная статья на лекарственное растительное сырье. Возможность использования нового вида в научной медицине делает необходимым изучение анатомического строения клевера гибридного. Цель - изучение анатомического строения надземных вегетативных органов клевера гибридного и выявление микродиагностических признаков лекарственного растительного сырья. Материалы и методы. Изучение анатомических признаков надземных вегетативных органов (стебель, лист) клевера гибридного проводили в соответствии со статьями Государственной фармакопеи Российской Федерации XIV издания, а также Государственной фармакопеи Республики Казахстан. Для исследования использовали свежесобранное, высушенное и фиксированное сырье. Результаты. Были описаны микродиагностические признаки надземных вегетативных органов (стебель, лист) клевера гибридного. Заключение. Были установлены микродиагностические признаки, позволяющие достоверно проводить идентификацию надземных вегетативных органов (стебля и листа) клевера гибридного от других представителей рода Клевер, имеющих схожее строение. Полученные результаты можно использовать при подготовке нормативных документов (фармакопейной статьи) по разделу «Подлинность» («Микроскопические признаки») на новый вид лекарственного растительного сырья клевера гибридного.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The genus of Clover (Trifolium L.) of Fabaceae family is numerous; it has up to 250 species. In Central Russia and Kazakhstan, one of the fairly common species of this genus is hybrid clover (pink clover) - Trifolium hybridum L. This species is widely used in traditional medicine around the world as an anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, wound healing, sedative, analgesic, expectorant, diuretic. The antibacterial and antioxidant activity of the extract has been experimentally established. Hybrid clover is not included in the State Pharmacopoeia of Russia and Kazakhstan; the pharmacopoeia article for medicinal plant raw materials has not been approved. The possibility of using a new species in scientific medicine makes it necessary to study the anatomical structure of hybrid clover. Objective - the study of the anatomical structure of the aboveground vegetative organs of hybrid clover and the identification of microdiagnostic signs of medicinal plant raw materials. Materials and methods. The study of anatomical features of aboveground vegetative organs (stem, leaf) of hybrid clover was carried out in accordance with the articles of the State Pharmacopoeia of the Russian Federation of the XIV edition, as well as the State Pharmacopoeia of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Freshly harvested, dried and fixed raw materials were used for the study. Results. Microdiagnostic signs of aboveground vegetative organs (stem, leaf) of hybrid clover have been described. Conclusion. Microdiagnostic signs have been established that allow for reliable identification of aboveground vegetative organs (stem and leaf) of hybrid clover from other representatives of the Clover genus having a similar structure.
