Образование и накопление биологически активных веществ в растениях - сложный процесс, связанный с рядом факторов климатических, почвенных, экологических и иных факторов. Цель исследования - изучение компонентного состава эфирного масла хмеля обыкновенного соплодий, заготовленных от дикорастущих растений в естественном экотопе Воронежской области. Материалы и методы. В Воронежской области были заготовлены хмеля обыкновенного соплодия в естественном экотопе в экологически чистом месте в соответствии с требованиями нормативной документации. Получение эфирного масла хмеля обыкновенного соплодий и количественное определение его содержания проводили методом гидропародистилляции. Определение компонентного состава полученных эфирных масел проводили на хромато-масс-спектрометрическом комплексе Agilent Technologies 7890B GC System (Agilent Technologies, США) с масс-селективным детектором Agilent Technologies 5977A MSD (Agilent Technologies, США). Анализ и обработка данных осуществлялись на основании баз данных NIST11 (от 19.05.2011), использовалось программное обеспечение MassHunter v. B.06.00 и NIST MS Search 2.0. Результаты. Изучение эфирного масла хмеля обыкновенного соплодий, заготовленных в естественном экотопе Воронежской области, показало высокое содержание данной группы биологически активных веществ. Хромато-масс-спектрометрический анализ эфирного масла позволил идентифицировать более 40 различных компонентов. Показано высокое соединение β-селинена, селина-4,7-диена, кариофиллена, гумулена, а также их производных. Выявлены значительные различия в качественном составе эфирного масла соплодий хмеля в зависимости от региона произрастания. Анализ фармакологической активности основных компонентов полученного эфирного масла из соплодий хмеля обыкновенного, заготовленного в Воронежской области, позволил предположить его противовоспалительное, антисептическое, успокоительное действия. Заключение. Значительные сырьевые запасы хмеля обыкновенного соплодий на территории Центрального Черноземья делают актуальным как заготовку дикорастущего сырья, так и развитие его культивирования на территории региона для пищевых и фармацевтических потребностей. Изученные особенности накопления основных компонентов эфирного масла соплодий хмеля обыкновенного могут быть учтены при культивировании и заготовке сырья.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Currently, in the Voronezh region, it is planned to develop large-scale cultivation and harvesting of hops of ordinary coproducts, one of the main groups of biologically active substances of which is essential oils. The formation and accumulation of biologically active substances in plants is a complex process associated with a number of climatic, soil, environmental and other factors. Objective - study of the component composition of the essential oil of hops of ordinary coproducts harvested from wild plants in the natural ecotope of the Voronezh region. Materials and methods. In the Voronezh region, hops of ordinary co-fruit were harvested in a natural ecotope in an ecologically clean place in accordance with the requirements of regulatory documentation. The preparation of the hop essential oil of common coproducts and the quantification of its content were carried out by hydroparodistillation. Component composition of the obtained essential oils was determined using Agilent Technologies 7890B GC System (Agilent Technologies, USA) with Agilent Technologies 5977A MSD mass selective detector (Agilent Technologies, USA). Data analysis and processing was carried out on the basis of NIST11 databases (from 19.05.2011), MassHunter v. B.06.00 and NIST MS Search 2.0 software were used. Results. Significant raw materials reserves of hops of common coproducts in the territory of the Central Black Earth Region make relevant both the procurement of wild raw materials and the development of its cultivation in the region for food and pharmaceutical needs.
