В статье указывается, что важнейшей составляющей в подготовке офицеров и рядового состава Вооруженных Сил Российской Федерации является состояние их здоровья, в том числе стоматологического. Подчеркивается, что согласно Федеральному закону от 28 марта 1998 года № 53-ФЗ «О воинской обязанности военной службе», граждане, поступающие на военную службу по призыву, а также в военные образовательные организации, должны соответствовать требованиям, установленным для граждан, поступающих на военную службу по призыву или контракту, в том числе по состоянию их здоровья. Обсуждается порядок организации и проведения медицинского освидетельствования указанных граждан, который определяется Положением о военно-врачебной экспертизе от 4 июля 2013 года № 565. При этом подчеркивается, что в настоящее время ортодонтическая помощь в Вооруженных силах Российской Федерации практически не оказывается, ввиду отсутствия специалистов.
The article points out the importance of health, including dental, as a major component in training of officers and the ranks of the Armed Forces of Russian Federation. It emphasizes that according to the Federal Law of March 28, 1998 No. 53-FL "On obligatory military service" the citizens joining the obligatory military service and entering military academies have to satisfy the requirements established for citizens joining the obligatory military service or service under the contract including their health status. The procedure of organizing and performing medical examination of the individuals in question which is defined by the Regulations on military-medical examination of July 4, 2013 No. 565 is under discussion. It is emphasized that orthodontic aid is not rendered in the Armed Forces of Russian Federation due to the absence of specialists.
