Количественное содержание α-дефензинов (HNP 1-3) в плазме крови и цитокинов (ИЛ-8, ИЛ-4, ИЛ-17А, ФНО-α), IgE в сыворотке крови определяли методом твердофазного ИФА. Результаты. Показано, что у всех больных острой крапивницей наблюдалось повышение уровня сывороточных цитокинов (ИЛ-8, ИЛ-17А, ФНО-α) и α-дефензинов HNP 1-3, наиболее выраженные у пациентов 3 группы с уровнем с IgE более 500 МЕ/мл. По результатам корреляционного анализа наиболее сильная прямая корреляционная связь выявлена между уровнем α-дефензинов HNP 1-3 и ИЛ-17А. У пациентов 2 и 3 групп также обнаружена сильная прямая корреляционная зависимость между уровнем HNP 1-3 и ФНО-α. Заключение. Результаты исследования показали, что достоверное повышение уровня цитокинов ИЛ-4, ИЛ-8, ИЛ-17А, ФНО-α и α-дефензинов (HNP1-3) у пациентов с острой рецидивирующей крапивницей свидетельствует об их ключевой роли в патогенезе заболевания. Выявленная прямая зависимость между уровнем α-дефензинов, ИЛ-17А и ФНО-α отражает динамику течения иммуновоспалительного процесса и могут расцениваться как предиктор хронизации острой крапивницы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Objective: to conduct a comparative analysis of the level of α-defensins (HNP1-3) and cytokines (IL-8, IL-4, IL-17, TNFα) to identify predictors of chronic acute urticaria. Materials and methods. There were 57 patients under observation with acute recurrent urticaria, divided by the level of serum IgE into 3 groups: group 1 - patients with IgE levels up to 100 IU / ml, group 2 - with IgE from 100 to 500 IU / ml, group 3- with IgE over 500 IU / ml. The quantitative content of α-defensins (HNP 1-3) in blood plasma and cytokines (IL-8, IL-4, IL-17A, TNF-α), IgE in blood serum was determined by solid-phase ELISA. Rusults. The study showed that in all patients with acute urticaria there was an increase in the level of serum cytokines (IL-8, IL-17A, TNF-α) and α-defensins HNP 1-3, the most pronounced in patients of group 3 with an IgE level of more than 500 IU/ml According to the results of correlation analysis, the strongest direct correlation was found between the level of α-defensins HNP 1-3 and IL-17A. In patients of groups 2 and 3, a strong direct correlation was also found between the level of HNP 1-3 and TNFα. Conclusion. The results of the study showed that a significant increase in the level of cytokines IL-4, IL-8, IL-17A, TNF-α and α-defensins (HNP1-3) in patients with acute recurrent urticaria indicates their key role in the pathogenesis of the disease.
