<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The flutamide persistence in decomposing organic matter (liver tissue) at three temperature regimes of conservation: 18-22оС, 8-10оС, and 1.5-2оС was investigated. The substance under test was isolated from the model mixtures with biological matter by infusing with acetone for 30 minutes twice. The purification of the extracted substance was carried out in a silica gel column L 40/100 mkm, eluting hexane-acetone with a mixed solvent (8:2). The optimum conditions for the identification and quantification of flutamide extracted from putrid liver tissue by TLC, GC-MS and spectrophotometry in the UV and visible regions of the spectrum. It is found that the increase in temperature from 2°C to 22°C reduces the duration og flutamide persistence from 32 to 52 days.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>флутамид</kwd><kwd>изолирование</kwd><kwd>очистка</kwd><kwd>определение</kwd><kwd>сохраняемость</kwd><kwd>биологический материал</kwd><kwd>химико-токсикологический анализ</kwd><kwd>flutamide</kwd><kwd>isolation</kwd><kwd>purification</kwd><kwd>identification</kwd><kwd>storage ability</kwd><kwd>biological material</kwd><kwd>chemical and toxicological analysis</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Шорманов В.К., Андреева Ю.В., Герасимов Д.А.
