Farmacotechnology researches of external drug phytopreparates for the prevention of aftermaths of diabetes mellitus

      Study of wound-healthing action was conducted on model of linear cutaneous and burn wound, infected by the staphylococci. For immunosuppression all groups cyclophosphane have been inputed intraperitoneally. The statistic authenticity of changes was estimated using Student's criterion for nongeminate samples. Due to performed experiments the optimum compositions of phytogels for the prevention of one of aftermaths of diabetes mellitus – diabetes footstep was carried out. To 20 experiments days observed complete the wound healing in all groups of animals, except checking (no the healings and to 20 experiments days – the wound area 1, 3 sm2) was observed.
