Biopharmaceutical researches in vitro transdermal of plas-ters with Mexidol

      Structures are developed and matrix plasters with Mexidol are designed. Process of liberation of medicinal substance of matrix compositions, tablets and a substance studied a biopharmaceutical method of a dialysis through a membrane on properties and structure close to natural membranes. As the dialysis environment pure water, which is similar to the blood system, has been used. Sampling carried out through certain time intervals. The quantity ofMexidol in dialysatum was analyzed by Uf-spektrofotometricheski. As the basic investigated parametres have been chosen quantity liberated of Mexidol (mkg/sm²), speed transdermal givings for a certain time interval (mkg/ch•sm²), degree of liberation (%) of Mexidol from a matrix.
