Modern approach for preparing the uterine cervix to labor with using of Mifepristone

      The comparative estimate of the efficiency of three schemes of preparation to labor with using of Mifepristone was conducted. 32 patients (from the І group) were appointed the mifepristone 200 mg per day during 2 days. In the ІІ group (n = 32) before using the mifepristone the sibazonum 2 ml (10 mg) and nospan 4 ml (80 mg) in 400 ml 5% glucosa solution were intravenously introducted during 3 days. In the ІІІ group (n = 32) 20 ml natrii oxibutirati solution 20% was intravenouslyprescribed during 3 days and the Mifepristone was appointed. The efficiency of the preparation was the highest in the ІІ and ІІІ groups, "mature" cervix uteri was observed in 87.5% and 84.4% of women. The appointment of Mifepristone was unefficiently in 43.8% of patients in the І group with "immature" cervix uteri and the supplementary curing of prostaglandinum was necessary. And in the І group 12.5% causes the hyperstimulation of uteri was observed.
