St. Ioasaph Belgorod Regional Clinical Hospital, Belgorod; Surgical Diseases N 1 Department of the Medical Faculty of the Belgorod State University, Belgorod; Physics, Informatics & Mathematics Department of the Kursk State Medical University, Kursk In the experimental conditions changes of structural and functional properties of erythrocytes are established at purulent cholangitis and effective ways of their pharmacological correction are developed. The obtained data testify that in the conditions of the experimental purulent cholangitis the amount of parametres of structural and functional properties of erythrocyte membrane is broken that plays an important role in a pathogenesis of immunologic disorders at the given pathology. These changes can be corrected by combinative introduction of Derinat with Espa-liponom, Polyoxydonium with Mexidol or, that is more effective, Abactal with Mexicor.
