Intersectional Scientific and Technical Association "Granite", Moscow In article results of research external functions of a liver in 457 sick of chronic virus hepatitises B and C by carrying out chromatic duodenal sounding areshowed. Concept definition, a general characteristic and syndrome classification of biliary insufficiency is made. It is revealed, that in patients with virus hepatitises the process of digestion which has the form of intolerance of fat food, is combined with anobstinacies syndrome.
