Burdenko Voronezh State Medical Academy, Voronezh; Endocrinology Department of the City Clinical Hospital N 7, Voronezh In the present work clinical efficiency of including Epifamin in standard therapy is estimated at a thyrotoxicosis syndrome. Patients with a thyrotoxicosis syndrome have been parted on two groups: patients of the first group received traditional medicinal therapy, patients of the second group in addition to standard therapy accepted Epifamin. The analysis of patients’ condition included clinical inspection, laboratory and tool methods research. An estimation of clinical parameters testified the positive dynamics of indicators of the given disease and the greatest efficiency of complex treatment in comparison with standard therapy. The received results give the basis for Epifamin application as a part of traditional therapy at a thyrotoxicosis syndrome.
