In this article outcomes of modifications immunological markers of cardivascular risk, variability heart rate and parametres of vascular wall elasticity research at 80 patients with ischemic heart disease: stable angina II-III FC and possibilities of their correction with Bisoprolol. Presence of statistically authentic correlative association between immunological markers, heart rate variability and parametres of vascular wall elasticity is recovered. Corrective Bisoprolol influence on immunological markers, indicators of vegetative regulation of a heart activity is established. The obtained data have shown positive influence of therapy with Bisoprolol on vascular wall elasticity that was exhibited by decreasing of pulse transit speed.

Key words: immunological markers of cardivascular risk, cytokine's status, heart rate variability, vascular wall elasticity, pulse transit speed, a stable angina, Bisoprolol
