Neurology Department of the Tashkent Institute of Doctor's Improvement, Tashkent, Uzbekistan 51 pregnant women in a comparable period of gestation, suffering from migraine were included in the investigation. 34 (66.7%) patients were given a diagnosis of migraine without aura, and accordingly 17 (33.3%) patients – with aura. Analysis of investigation shows, taking into account the clinical form of diseases, that migraine during its simple form has more innocent course duringthe whole period of gestation. Whereas in migraine with aura only weak tendency to frequency decreasing and duration of migrainous paroxysm was considered.
