Department of Surgical Diseases N 2 of the Kursk State Medical University, Kursk; City Children's Hospital N 2, Kursk In clinical researches on the basis of City Children's Hospital of N 2 (Kursk) in children with diffuse appendicular peritonitis I-II of degree disturbances of the immune status and lipid peroxidation are established. Correlation communications between the immune status and indicators of lipid peroxidation in children with an appendicular peritonitis are established. In article the mechanism of development of the given disturbances is assumed. Necessity of searching for and using ofclinical ways to correct of disturbances of the immune status and lipid peroxidation is proved. It will allow to improve the results of treatment of the given category of patients and to lower the percent of postoperative complications.
