Pharmacology Department, SRI of Ecological Medicine of the Kursk State Medical University, Kursk The carried out research make it possible to conclude that the macrolide preparations of Clarithromycin, Josamycin, Roxithromycin, Midecamycin and Azythromycin at the doses of 30 mg/kg rendered the expressed endothelio- and cardioproteñtive action on the model of L-NAME induced deficiency of nitric oxide, which was expressed in averting of development of the endothelial dysfunction, of adrenoreactive increase , development of the concealed heart insufficiency with conducting the functional tests and it is connected with the presence of its own antioxidant properties of preparations.
